!!!

So it's been harder than I thought to write on here... heres a few pics of experimentation with light!... I really want to do some portraits with lens flares soon.. I just need more willing models haha. This is my friends amazing 1940s Hudson in original condition!!

50mm canon lens + almond blossom photoshoot

I re discovered the beauty of my 50mm lens today too and just messed around with it... my only willing models today were my dogs haha and I decided to mess around with a quite soft focus to give a .. I guess dreamy effect. (in other words yes they are meant to be blurry)

Then the rain stopped for about two seconds so I took a couple of plants/flowers..

Last week I decided to stop being lazy and drag Tash out to do some portraits. I'd been slowly gathering locations but we didn'd end up going to many because of the damn rain! .. as beautiful it may be I don't think my camera will agree with it grr.

We started off at a small cottage off the side of a main road.. its hard to get into and started raining almost imediately so we decided to try later... though that didn't end up happening .. so another time : ]

These photos were taken about 10minutes drive from my house down about three dirt roads.. gorgeous Almond blossom!

Thankyou heaps Tash!! You will definately be seeing her again as I only took photos for about 5 mins before postponing the shoot. We're thinking perhaps a very casual shoot on my lowrider bike!.. Just waiting until I know the weather will be good : ]

re opening

so i decided to finally use this blog after more than a year.

i dont even know what it will be about i just know that i need to write and write and write.

I became completely inspired last night by watching an art show..

i have so many different ideas but theyre all mushed together.

Im thinking of starting a list of all the things i want so i can see them more clearly.

Hello my deer friends!

Hello all.
So .. I have finally decided after hunting through pages and pages of blogs on fashion/vintage things/pretty things/photographs to finally make my own.

This past week I've found some amazing things or been bought amazing things!

On Sunday I went to Strathalbyn which is renowned for it's antique stores. I found so many adorable things but unfortunately i was dead broke. One of my favourite things was something i had been talking about not 30 minutes before. A real Robot camera! I want it so badly but the price was $235 and it is worth about $270 .. and at that price right now I can only afford to buy something if it is worth alot more.
Also my mum came back from a trip to England and brought me two gorgeous scarves, one of course vintage. Its brown and gold with tigers on it and I love it! and the other is a zebra pattern which is so cute.

Well i'm going to leave the blog like this today.. but hopefully will be posting in it most days!
